| Wednesday, April 6 | 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and after 8:00 p.m. |
| Thursday, April 7 | 6:00 a.m.– 8:30 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. |
| Friday, April 8 | 6:00 a.m.– 8:30 a.m. |
| Saturday, April 9 | 6:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. |
Space is subject to availability. Applicants are responsible for all food and beverage orders placed with facility, audiovisual orders placed through the official NSLC audiovisual company, labor for room re-set, and payment for all services ordered.
Cost for Affinity Meeting Space
$100 Sm/Med Room (1-65 people) per room/per day
$150 Lg/Xlg Room (66-250 people) per room/per day
Affinity meetings will be published in a pre-conference email; listing in this email is optional. Affinity meetings will NOT be listed in the conference program guide. Primary responsibility for promoting the meeting to potential attendees will be the role of the organization sponsoring the meeting.
Meeting rooms will be set in rounds with one podium and two six-foot skirted tables at the front of the room and one six-foot skirted table in the rear of the room. Alterations to the NSLC room set will be at the expense of the applicant.
